What this site is

An information site and an intake for a brokerage service. Nothing on it is an offer, a valuation or legal advice. Submitting a form starts a conversation, not a contract.

Brokerage terms

Any representation, advisory fee or finder's fee is set out in a separate written agreement before work starts. Until you sign one, I owe you a straight answer and you owe me nothing.

Accuracy

Figures quoted on this site come from buyers' published pages and named news reports, with sources linked. They change. Check the source and the date before relying on any number.

Your submissions

You confirm you are allowed to speak for the company you describe and that your answers are honest estimates.
