What I collect

• Your email, to sign you in and send deal updates. No passwords are stored.
• What you type into the intake, request or contact forms: company details, counts of records, notes.
• Your IP address on form submissions, to limit abuse. Kept with the submission.
• No analytics cookies. One session cookie keeps you signed in for 30 days.

What I never collect through this site

Your company's actual records. The intake asks for counts and descriptions. No files, exports or access are requested here or stored here.

Who sees it

Me. Email is sent through SMTP2GO. Form spam checks use Cloudflare Turnstile. Nothing is sold or shared with buyers until you ask me to put a summary in front of them.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what I hold about you. Deletion happens within a week.
