Licensed operational records from companies that actually ran on them
I source company data for labs and applied AI teams: the full chain from request to outcome across the tools a business runs on, with the rights checked before you see a summary and the identities stripped before you see a sample.

Industries on the list right now
Logistics and freight, construction and trades, professional services and agencies, accounting, IT services, software, manufacturing, insurance brokerages, property management, healthcare administration. Tell me what you are after and I will say what I have and what I would need to go find.
Workflow data, trajectories, environments
Raw records are the seed. I can also point you at sellers whose records carry outcomes: tickets closed with a resolution, deals marked won or lost, changes approved or rejected, designs signed off. Those reconstruct into workflow trajectories and feed graders. If you build environments, say so in the request and I will filter for outcome-bearing records and multi-system coverage.
Terms I work with
- Exclusive or non-exclusive, with a term. Two years is common.
- One-off corpus or ongoing refresh from a live business.
- Scope of use written into the license. Training, evaluation, environment construction, or all three.
- Sample review by the seller before acceptance. Acceptance window before payment.
- Provenance memo with every package: ownership, contract clauses, what was excluded and why.
How I earn
A finder's fee from you when a deal closes, agreed before any introduction. Sellers may separately pay me for advisory work. I disclose both sides to both sides. No listing fees, no retainers.
Questions buyers ask
Do you hold the data yourself?
No. I never take custody. The seller exports to a de-identification vendor, the vendor delivers to you after the seller approves a sample. I see summaries and samples, the same as you.
Can we get exclusivity?
Yes, for a term. Two years is the common ask and sellers accept it. Perpetual exclusivity is something I advise sellers against, so expect a term, a renewal option, or a higher price for longer.
What does the chain of rights look like?
Before any summary goes out I confirm the seller owns the record outright, that client-held material is excluded, and that customer agreements permit de-identified use. You get that in writing with the package.
What about records that already show outcomes?
Ask for them. I flag sellers whose tickets close with a resolution, whose deals are marked won or lost, whose approvals are logged. Those are the records that become tasks and graders.
