I am Jimmy. I run this site and take every call. I spent years running a small business on tickets, chat and a CRM, and I know what that record looks like from the inside.
What I do
I represent companies that want to license their operating records to AI labs. I check what they can legally license, write the summary, bring competing offers, negotiate the term, and arrange de-identification and delivery. For labs and applied AI teams, I source records by industry and record type with the rights checked.
How I earn
- Finder's fee from the buyer when a deal closes. Buyers publish these: a flat amount or a percentage of the license.
- Advisory fee from the seller only for work the seller asks for and we put in writing first: preparing the record, presenting it, negotiating.
- No listing fees, no retainers, no charge if nothing closes.
I disclose both to both sides. If a buyer pays me and you are the seller, you will know which buyer and how much before you sign.
What I will not do
- Take custody of raw data. A third party de-identifies; I see summaries and samples.
- Sign a seller to a perpetual license.
- Promise a price before a buyer has looked.
- Represent you as an agent of any buyer. I am independent.
